12/26/2013 version8 update notice via popup. I clicked OK and after update my MAC was frozen(could NOT open any programs)(would not restart or shut down)(45 min w/Apple support to repair MAC) Parallels would not function but I don't recall what the message was. Today(27 Dec) I downloaded the V9 Trial and that is up and running now, but win7 is slower than before this disaster started. I am very unhappy and feel as though I'm hostage to a very poor update that forced me to upgrade. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup to use. Long Story but totally My fault... My gut reaction is to totally remove Parallels. Can someone point me to a link that shows how to completely remove Parallels? Thank You
