Even if I set the virtual machine to the *sleep mode, after restart the VM, the network is broken. I have to go into the settings from the VM and change the network type from bridged to shared and then again to bridged. If I do these steps, the network works. But after every *sleep mode, the network goes away.. My system: - Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9.1) - Parallels Desktop 9 - WindowsXP-VM - newest updates already installed CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?? -- * = "just the VM, not the Host-OS"
YES .... PLLEEEEEEEAAAASSSEEEEE! This crap DOESN'T WORK! And NONE of the suggestions posted in the forums here WORK!
Hi EinieNet and baltobikeboi, - (Re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 - Go to Configure of VM ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) -> Hardware -> Network -> Change the Type to "Bridged(default)". Thanks, Abdul
Sorry, this doesn't work for me. Networking seems to be completely broken. Using Build 9.0.24237 (Revision 1028877; Wednesday, July 2, 2014) Any help?
