Running Parallels 9 on MacBook Pro. Have an existing Windows XP virtual machine running Kaspersky. Just installed new Windows 7 virtual machine. Do I need a separate anti-virus program? Is there some way I can run the existing Kaspersky that sits on my XP virtual machine to cover both the XP and Windows 7 machine?

    Hi GaryWI,

Yes, You need to install separate anti-virus on Windows 7 Virtual Machine to protect it.

As you wish to run Kaspersky on both VM, It is possible if you have muliple license with Kaspersky.

For further information regarding licensing, Please contact Kaspersky Support.

    Thanks,
