    Hello forum!

I bought Parallels Desktop 9 primarily to play windows games on my Macbook (15-ich retina, 16GB RAM OS X 10.9.1) but I've noticed that Parallels is only letting me assign 1GB of video memory to the virtual machine. My macbook has 2 graphics cards with automatic switching; an Intel Iris Pro with 1024mb of video ram, and an Nvidia Geforce GT 750M with 2048mb. If it's possible, I'd like to know how to assign 2048mb of video ram to my virtual machine in order to get the best performance, but parallels is displaying 1GB as the max. This happens even if I turn off automatic graphics card switching and exclusively use the Nvidia card. Any ideas?

    Thanks all,

    Sam

1 GB is currently the maximum you can assign.
