I'm running OSX 10.8.5 on my MacBook Pro. In October 2013 I upgraded to Parallels v9, but have not been using it. I tried to run Parallels and my Windows 7 machine today, but Parallels tells me it CANNOT FIND my virtual machine. Where should I look on my local Mac hard drive for the virtual machine? What file or folder am I looking for?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Michael,

Do a search in your finder for your .pvm file.
You could have set up your vm files differently than I did. My path is Mac Harddrive>Users>User Name>Documents>Parallels>all of my vs' are here,
but some set ups are different and can find there vms under Mac Harddrive>User>Shared>Parallels>vms can be in this file.
    Good Luck.
    Kat
