Running two virtualized OS: Win7 for MS Office 2013 and Ubuntu LTS 14.04 with Parallels Desktop in Mavericks

    Hello all pationated Ubuntu users,

I would like to ask you if you are working with MacOSX and Parallels Desktop to virtualize both guest OS: Win7 for MS Office 2013 and Ubuntu 14.04 at the same time?
It's possible to work with three OS at the same time and is the usage of Ubuntu 14.04 and Win7 apps even still possible with 4GB Ram on a MacBook Pro Mid-2009?

Do you have another advice for an ideal working environment with MS Office and Ubuntu?

(Actually I only want to run MS Office with Ubuntu 14.04 but there is no way currently.)

Thank you for your advice in advance.

    Best regards,

    Toni

With 4 GB RAM on the machine it will be painful to use Ubuntu and Windows 7 VMs at the same time, 8 GB physical RAM would be the minimum for this situation.

Why not run Office for Mac?
