update 9.0.24229

    Hallo,

    after updating to version 9.0.24229 all settings in win7 are gone and
    I can not set the resolution of the screen or install a new driver for the
    graphics Card. Hopefully there is a way to fix it.

    Hi SeBe09,

    Updating Parallels Tools in your Windows VM should fix this. Please follow steps outlined on the below article to install Parallels Tools:

    Hello Looran,

    thank you for your quick response.
    Unfortunately, the link does not help.
    The menu shown there (In most simple scenario:) appears to me
    only when win 7 is in standby. And then
    its grayed out there.
    To the other option(More complicated scenario:)shown a more
    Question: Why should I update the PTA?
    I've done this, but still
    no parallel Tools?
