If I right-click any folder or file, the context menu takes ~10 seconds to load. Using ShellExView, I have narrowed the delay down to the Parallels Tools Shell Extension to be the culprit. When I disable that context menu, the delays go away. I have already updated Parallels and the tools to the latest version and still have the same issue. Anyone have any suggestions? This might have to do with the Open With option looking at what programs are available on both the Mac and Windows side to open the file. In the VM configuration under Options -> Applications, try turning off "Share Mac applications with Windows." If this fixes the problem, you can try turning it back on, which should have it re-index your Mac applications and fix the problem. Steve
Thanks for the suggestion, but this had no effect. I even took it further trying to disable the share windows with mac options. The context menu is still slow.
