I have a Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks running Windows 7 with an extended display. I have tried all the fixes suggested but still have not resolved the problem as Coherence does not work regardless of the trials. I see my system says Parallels Tools are not installed but I do not remember doing anything to trash it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have followed those steps repeatedly and can not verify that Parallels Tools has been installed nor can I get Coherence to work again. I reinstalled Parallels Desktop but the same problem continues.
