I've searched these forums, but can't seem to find a definitive answer.

    Problem:

In other environments Guest OS dynamically pulls a correct IP and connects.
In our environment Guest OS constantly experiences IP conflicts with Host OS

    Here's the environment.

Host OS: Mavericks running on 2013 MBP
    Guess OS: Windows 7

Parallels network configuration: Bridge Networking mode.

MBP is connected to Meraki MR34 AP -> Meraki MS220-24P Switch -> Comcast SMC Business gateway (DHCP Server)

All IP's are dynamically assigned with scheme 10.1.10.xx

    OS X WLAN MAC: 28:CF:E9:1B:BD:49
    Win 7 LAN MAC: 00:1C:42:ED:6A:6F

    Observations

While doing a packet capture on the network NO packets with the Guest OS MAC are present

When statically assigning an IP, things work fine, however this requires constant reconfiguration on different networks
