Hi, My computer prompted me to use automatic updates when I was using the parallels virtual machine. It took two hours to update 99%, then it gave me the message "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing Changes Don't turn off your computer". It's been stuck on this for a few hours. I finally tried restarting the virtual machine, but it is still showing that machine. The windows forums seem to have instuctions that I can't use with Parallels. Any help on removing parallels and starting over or fixing the issue? I have a macbook pro, running OSX Mavericks 10.9.3.
I am having the same problems with Win 8.1 on my MacBook Pro (2013). Been giving me fits for months now. My problem does NOT freeze Parallels. It takes a long time to UNDO the update.
