    Hello,

Myself and 2 other co-workers are running a Windows 7 image in Parallels 9.0.24237, and experience a complete lockup in fullscreen mode every hour for about a minute.

The Windows 7 system event log:
The device, \Device\Ide\iaStor0, did not respond within the timeout period.

The Parallels log file from the same time:

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks in advance!

This was resolved by changing the disk configuration from SATA 0:1 to IDE 0:1. Not sure why.

    Thanks.
