Before upgrade I would select Quicken for windows and parallels would startup Windows 7.1 then Quicken would automatically start. Since the upgrade, there is a "Bad Image" message on windows startup. It can be bypassed with "OK" then the desktop screen shows and I must select Quicken from the desktop. The font is legible, but different from before. What can I do to return to my previous functionality or at least roll back the latest build? Thanks. (I am running OSX 10.9.3 on an iMac.)
Hi Bruce, Parallels released a new build for Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac it is 24251, please follow the steps to update Parallels Desktop 9 to latest build: 1. Download parallels Desktop 9 latest build from: www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9 2. Install Parallels Desktop 9 http://kb.parallels.com/116989 3. (Re)Install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 4. Restart Virtual Machine.
