Installing os/2 as guest freezes linux
I have installed parallels workstation v2.2.2234 on opensuse v10.2; it built the drivers and otherwise installed without a problem, as root. It is registered to my normal user account (not root).
In my normal user account I created a VM with the guest as os/2 warp v4.5 and set up a few additional hardware items (hard disk, network, ...).
When I click the Go button (the big green arrow), linux freezes solid. A hard reset is required to restart the system.
As you may suppose I am highly displeased by this behavior. It simply should not happen.
Any ideas what might be so defective?
