Tools ¨ruined¨ Win7

Hi All
I need really help here. I'm running 15¨ Pro with Retina and latest OS. The virtualization is done trough v9 running Win7 Pro 64bit.
Till the tools were installed it run flawlessly. Than I install the tools and with them Win changed the size of text and icons to 199% and resolution to more the 2880x1800. The resolution can be changed, but the text size no...
I tried to reinstall the tools without any improvement on the situation.
The CAD program I'm using can not deal with this and it is almost impossible to work in it...
