    Hi,

I have Parallels Desktop 9 running on Mac OSX 10.9.4.
Whenever try to chmod +x a file on the Parallels volume it doesn't do anything.
I have to copy the file to a local folder for this to work. I suspect this is related to how the Parallels volume is mounted.

Is there a way to get chmod to work on the Parallels volume?
    Please advise,
    Thanks,
    Adi
