I paid my 12 month subscription last night and I have a receipt from the iTunes Store but the iPad app won't allow me to access my Mac computer signalling my subscription has expired! But when I click on my email address the App confirms my subscription is valid until August 2015. There seems to be an integrity problem with the payment process? Referred to Support for action

Hello Crispydog70, In order to resolve the issue with Parallels Access we have changed some subscription settings on our side. Now please try to reboot your mobile device once again and check the issue.
