Can anyone in this world explain to me what I am supposed to do to get chat help from parallels??? I am swedish, having trouble with tecnical english, and in every support page I am looking at, there is a description of the problem and no answers on how to solve them!! I am going crazy, since I upgraded my parallels in may, my iMac crashed and I haven't got help until now, and when I try to use parallels it's impossible and since the 30 days are gone I wont get any help. Can anyone tell me how to get help either throug mail or chat PLEASE!!!!!
