When I try to start Parallels 9.0.24237.1028877 (latest version) under the latest Developer Preview (6, released today), the programs says it can't start and try launching again. It gives me problem ID: 15381. It's not that it completely crashes because clearly it runs kind of okay.

Yosemite DP 6 breaks Parallels 9

I've been running Yosemite Developer Previews as my main daily driver the past month or so. Yosemite has had no problems running Parallels 9 till today after upgrading Developer Preview 6. I get an error code 15381. I've tried all the steps for KB 15381, and none have been successful, including but not limited to reinstalling Parallels 9. I've included an excerpt of the log file below.

Just an FYI to anyone wanting to install DP6--it will break P9. Parallels Services will not start.

I just bricked Parallels 9 with the Yosemite beta 6 as well. I've tried to reinstall, but the program will not open. error code 15381 appears. I "know" it's beta, but worked fine until this update. Any help is very welcome!

    Okay, I have a temporary work-around solution.

    Open Terminal and type:

    sudo /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/Parallels\ Service.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_disp_service -e

This will launch the dispatcher service. Then you can start Parallels.
