Hi there The other day, I decided to try out Parallels 10 to see what it was like. I ran my Boot Camp partition through it and it fell to a crawl. My computer is too old, I guess. Anyway, I'd like to uninstall Parallels and all traces of it from both my OS X partition and my Boot Camp partition. I've looked everywhere and have not been able to find a way. Help!
Hello Drewbonics, You can uninstall Parallels Desktop 10 application by moving it to trash. 1. Shut down your Virtual Machine and quit Parallels Desktop. 2. Open Applications folder and drag the Parallels Desktop icon into the Trash 3. Empty the Trash 4. Reboot your Mac.
Okay, but now that I've done that, what do I do on the Boot Camp partition? All the drivers and tools are still there taking up space. Is there a proper way to remove them?
