I've tried just about every troubleshooting option that I can think of:

    - telnet port 443 -- open and working on all devices
    - sound preferences for Access = on
    - sound for Access computer on
    - sound for iOS device on
    - tried from a different network to rule out router problems
    - tried connecting to different computers that have Access enabled...
    - tried connecting from different iOS devices

    Nothing works. No Audio.

    Mavericks 10.9.4
    iOS 7.1.2

    Hi iHuman,

Please go to System Preference from the Mac side -> Sound -> Output -> Select "Parallels Access Sound" and make sure that the mute is disabled.

    Hi iHuman,

To resolve the issue with Parallels Access , please do the following:

    1. Reinstall Parallels Access on your iPad.
    2. Remove Parallels Access as described in this article: http://kb.parallels.com/117142
    3. Download latest version of Parallels Access from our website https://access.parallels.com/ and log in to Access.
    4. Run Access on your PC, make your computer accessible and go to https://access.parallels.com/ again and make sure that you can see your PC there.
    5. Make sure that your antivirus/firewall is not blocking Parallels Access connection. Disable it.
    6. Try to connect.
    7. Also make sure that necessary ports are opened as in article http://kb.parallels.com/117017
    8. And check the sound Output.

    Hopefully it should work perfectly!
