Parallels Transport Agent Hangs at 98%

Hello, I followed all the instruction to copying my data to an external drive.
It is at 98% and says it has 2 minutes remaining. It has been like this for over an hour. I have checked Task Manager and the process shows varying CPU usage as well as RAM Usage. The external drive shows it is being used.
It took almost 3 hours to get it copied (only 60 GB), and I do not want to restart it. The computer has not gone to sleep.
It has Windows XP.
