I understand that Parallels runs Windows, it is doing so virtually, so it has no direct access to the system hardware. My question is - can parallels somehow make use of a Mac's GPU to run Windows 7 (64bit) faster? In other words- if one of the main reasons is to run Parallels with Windows, is it worth buying a Mac with a dedicated GPU? (the new 15 inch macbook pro has option for a NVIDIA)
