Not able to connect new SAmsung LED5 smart tv using samsung smart view 2.0 from my PC

    I just bought samsung LED5 smart tv. and not able to connect it to my pc (win 8) using samsung smart view 2.0.
    Both tc and pc are in the same network. whereas i am able to commect tv with my samsung S4 using nearby devices feature of phone.

    can anyone help to connect this ?
