The only way I’m going to run Parallels is to find a free copy of either Windows 7 or 8. I’m not shelling out over two hundred bucks for Microsoft crap, so with that begin said where do I find or get a free copy of Windows, in Canada?
Hi Hydrom, Microsoft has made available a number of pre-formatted Windows virtual machines for Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac. While these VMs are mainly intended for web developers, they can be used by anyone. All these virtual machines are 30-day trial versions of Windows, each of which can be extended twice for an additional 60 more days.
