    Hi,

The option to change Virtual Machine Dock icon is grayed out on "Live Screenshot" and I can't change it. How can I change it?

    Regards,
    Rafa

    Hi Rafa,

Please generate a Problem report ID as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the problem report number, so we can check it for you!

Same problem here... Parallels Desktop 10.
I've already tried uninstall and reinstall but nothing changed.

I'm also experiencing the same issue on the latest build (10.1.1 28614). The checkbox is greyed out. Can the control center be disabled as the VM list is continually appearing.

    Hi All,

The Live Screenshot in the Virtual Machine Dock Icon consumes more power.
So please plug the Mac power adapter, which will enable 'Virtual Machine Dock Icons' to toggle between Live Screenshot (or) OS Icon.

Is there likely to be a resolution to this in a future build?
    Thanks,

    Arvind

I was having this issue as well. I've tried literally everything, but immediately after updating to the latest (which matched perfectly what I installed initially less than a month ago) I plugged in and unplugged my powersource, wham I can select the os icon.

Now on to the other issues I'm having.
