This is so frustrating. I was thinking of upgrading from Parallels 9 to Parallels 10. But the purchase site shows me the prices in Japanese yen because I live in Tokyo. My credit card and billing address are both U.S. though. The frustrating part is that if I switch the currency to USD instead of $49.99 showing up, $53.96 shows up. All Cleverbridge will reply is, "This is the calculated conversion rate set forth by our system." But their system is wrong! It just is. Obviously I'm not going to purchase at the wrong price just because Cleverbridge can't do a correct yen/dollar conversion. Maybe I'll just pass on this upgrade altogether. It's quite annoying. If anybody from Parallels wants to give Cleverbridge some talking too I would appreciate it. doug
