I would like to see a headless mode in the view menu which removes the VM console
window. I ssh into my linux VM so I don't need the console window hanging around.

I would like to see this too. Similar to VMware server. The "client" is a remote machine that runs a Server Console application. When you connect to the server, you see the guest OS's desktop on your PC.

I would like this too for a linux VM I run. Doesn't even have to be as fancy as shubb suggests. All that's needed is a way to hide a console window. Normally, I would hide the entire Parallels application, but I run another VM with Windows, and I do want to see and use that console.
