Urgent issue. unable to remove domain

Dear Parallels or Plesk Comunity,

I am facing this error when I try to delete a domain inside my Plesk 8.2 for Windows instalation:

Unable to remove domains: Problems occured while removing domains: Dashboard preset used by user failed:
DashboardPreset: unable to select: no such row in the table

it's running on a Windows Server 2003 machine, and works with SQL Server 2000 as the psa database server.

Could you please tell me how to solve this? I've found the same problema inside the forum, but it was in a Linux/MySQL plesk machine...
