Ethernet adapter problem with parallels 4.0 in Windows Vista

Upgraded from parallels 3.0 to 4.0 (build 3846) on OS X 10.4 for windows vista. Everything else works, but can't get the ethernet adapter (parallels ethernet) to work. Under device manager, I see a "code 31" from windows vista saying "the driver could not be loaded." The internet works well on the mac side - I use wireless internet.

I have submitted a problem through Parallels and here is the info for the same:

I have tried installing and re-installing both parallels desktop and parallel tools multiple times, but that hasn't helped at all.

I found the following thread http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=92494 that has very similar symptoms to mine, but haven't found a solution for this.

Can some one please help?

Can someone please help me with this?? Ethernet is still broken. :-|
