Unable to start the virtual machine "Windows XP"!
The use of Parallels Desktop 4 issues arising in the course, please look at the attached images.

Prompt reads as follows:
The virtual machine cannot be started because you computer does not comply with the system requirements.Click More info... for details.

My computer configuration is as follows:
CPU:Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @2.60GHz
Memory:4.00GB

I ask, how to solve this problem? Please we must help me, I am very fond of and support for Parallels Desktop 4!

Hello, TaoZ!

This message means that your CPU has no virtualization technology support.

Have you actually tried to to press "More info..." button? :) It would show you the webpage explaining this error in details.
