For EZ based containers you can rsync whole /vz/templates directory first and after that you can manually migrate container with vzmigrate utility or with something like:

cd /vz/private
nice tar cpPf - CT_ID | ssh -e none -c blowfish dest_IP '(cd /vz/private; tar xpPf -)'
where CT_ID - container's ID.
