Cool idea
I found this cool idea on the Apple site and I would like to share it. Max.

New! Parallels and OSX
Posted: Apr 18, 2006 5:01 PM

Just for kicks, I installed the Parallels Virtualization software and put XP on it.
I will probably not use it that often, but I made it work the way it should if this is going to be done.

1. Create another user account called "XP"
2. Install the Parallels software on the new user
3. Enable fast user switching
4. Let parallels run full screen and just use the fast user switching to go back and forth between XP and OSX.

Cheers,

"D"

As you probably know by now, Parallels have said in this thread that they have put a cube switching animation directly into their app. That is great news and much better than having to switch users to get the transition (indeed, the existing solution of using Virtue to get the transition is better than having to make a separate user).

I used to think this was a trivial feature until someone showed me how they created a "porn4me" user and enabled the fast switching mode .....
