Coherence does not work

Can anyone tell me what setting in need to use on my My Vitural Macahine and my Mac to make Coherence work I keep reading you have change VM Machine Vidieo settiings an the your mac display setting but nobody seems to say a setting to use anyone have any suggestions.

while running the VM please go 'Actions' -> 'Install Parallels Tools'.
