    Do the follow these steps:

    * Click Start.
    * Locate the Command Prompt under All Programs – Accessories. Right click on its icon and from the menu click Run as Adiministrator.
    # In the Command Prompt’s black window type bcdedit /set {current} locale en-US or alternatively you could also try to type this other command bcdboot %WinDir% /l en-US
    # Before to type the above-commands don’t forget to change the en-US to the language of your Windows 7 such as: ja-JP, de-DE, es-ES, pt-BR, zh-CN, zh-TW, fr-FR, fi-FI.
    # Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Thank you very much for your help

I have partially solved my problem see below:

    1 scenario:
Boot Camp: Boot into Windows 7 and click on "Start button -> All Programs ->
Accessories". Now right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run As
    Administrator".>
    Now I write the command: bcdboot %WinDir% /l it-IT
    Restrart the Windows 7
WOW miracle it works!!!!! The original boot screen is back.
I tried to reboot Windows 7 via Boot Camp it works: worderful

    2 scenario:
Restarting the Mac and then start the Virtual Machine PD6 and
WOW miracle it works!!!!! The boot screen is back.
But I tried again to reboot and...
The green bar is back :((((((( Nooooooooo!!!!!!

I think that Parallels Desktop changes some setting at the Boot into Windows 7.

can someone help me, I pasted this code into cmd prompt "bcdboot %WinDir% /l it-IT" and then realised that was a different language so i then pasted this straight after:bcdboot %WinDir% /l en-US and now it wont boot. I dont have parallels, I just wanted to reset the boot screen
