Direct X Video Problem
Hi, everybody! I'm Thunderwing and I'm new here. I just upgraded to 3.0 and am overall impressed with it, especially the ease of use in sharing docs & apps between OS X and XP. It's GREAT to be able to open the most of my video files from OS X in XP's KMPlayer! I do have 1 problem, however. Everytime I activate Direct X support in my XP VM, it disables video playback in any video playback app I've tried. I've decided, for now, to clone my XP VM and use the clone WITH DX support and the original WITHOUT DX support. I'm glad to have a temporary workaround, but any help with this issue would be appreciated!

Hello Thunderwing
I suppose, you installed your video playback application before update. Try to reinstall them with activated DirectX option

Then that means I would have to completely reinstall XP, because that problem occurs with Windows Media Player as well. If anyone's got that working without a reinstall, please let me know! I will probably reinstall XP in a new VM to try that out, though. Thank you for the response; I really appreciate it.
