Graphics Display is cut off

    On some applications (I've seen this more than once, but can offer Linx as a small, free program that suffers from it), the window displays incorrectly. A significant portion of the top part of the window is not displayed at all, the bottom of the window is displayed shifted to the top, and the left over space at the bottom displays garbage.

    So, if you have a program with this bug that should look like this:

    After reading all those posts yelling at random users for not reading instructions, I decided to try it. The game mentioned requirex DX9. :/
