parallels.com mail server rejecting legitimate traffic. When I attempted to reply to an email from order-support, in the middle of an existing exchange, this morning I get Fri 2007-07-20 10:13:16: [4496:1] <-- 554 <rabendary.tesp.com[64.183.187.9]>: Client host rejected: We aren't accept direct connection not from dedicated SMTP servers. Please use your internet provider SMTP Server. It is impossible for me to "use your internet provider SMTP Server" -- this is a dedicated business account, and the mail server is here. It's been "dedicated" for over ten years. Please ask your server administrator to stop randomly blocking customer messages. |
