Dragon Naturally Speaking into Mac Apps
While certainly not a perfect solution, Claro software has a free download that allows Dragon Naturally Speaking to input directly to Mac apps. The downside is that there is no correction function, only input. So as long as you get it perfect (yeah right) the first time, or get the major text and then manually edit, it works.

There is an app that runs on the VM and another that runs on the Mac OS.

The instructions refer to v3 build 5160 onwards, and I was successful with Parallels v4, with a USB microphone.
