I've been running Parallels 3.0 with XP Pro on MacBook Pro running OS X (10.5.5) for a couple of years with no problems. How can I move the VM to my new iMac? I don't want to do a complete new install -- it works just fine now, is up-to-date on patches and SPs, and I don't want to spend the hours required to bring a new install current.

Q: I assume I'll need to install Parallels 3.0 on the iMac. Yes?
Q: Can I just copy the VM (diskimage) over to the new machine?
Q: I have three diskimages of the VM (three different dates), not sure why. Do I need to copy all three over to the new machine?

Sure would appreciate any help on this. I'm not terribly technical (I know more about XP than OS X, even though I prefer OS X)

    Thanks.

to copy VM to another Mac just copy VM's folder to another Mac(usually /Documents/Parallels/<VM_folder>
