Launching Taskman
I can't seem to launch task manager in Windows XP. Perhaps this is intentional? But if so, how do I end task programs? For now I have to log out which brings up the end task dialog for any stuck programs.

Any advice?

No. Task Manager is not blocked, it runs fine on both XP sp2 and Vista rc1

Are you saying you can't right click on the task bar and select Task Manager?

the only time ive seen task manager blocked is with a virus present

Try control-alt-delete (either the key combo or from the Parallels menu), then select task manager from te popup. Right click on th task bar should do it though. You DO have a two button mouse, right? If not, blow the eight bucks and get one.
