mikezzz Junior Member Join: Mar 2007 Posts: 2	Printing Crashes Windows When I send any job to my laser printer, Windows Crashes and reboots. iMac OS X v. 10.4.8 Windows XP -Home edition v. 2002 SP 2; 256 MB RAM My Mac total amount of memory: 2 GB RAM Amount of memory for guest OS: 256 Parallels Build number: 1940 Windows XP home edition v. 2002 SP 2; 256 MB RAM printer = Brother HL-5250DN Parallels has not responded to several requests for assistance. I get the impression that my problem is not unique and they have no clue how to fix it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. mikezzz

Purplish Senior Member Join: Oct 2006 Posts: 540	At minimum you need to upgrade to the current release of Parallels. Then read the thread up at the top entitled "Printing - Generic Solution".
