How to backup Windows in Parallels?

How to backup Windows in Parallels? I am new to Parallels. I want to backup my Windows Vista before anything goes wrong. What is the best way to do this? 1. Install a backup program in Windows and backup? 2. Backup entire OS X (that includes Parallels)? Or.... Does Parallels have a built-in backup? Appreciate the assistance |
