    Hi,

I'm trying to import a VMWare machine to Parallel (5) to no avail.
Parallels Transporter finishes successfully. When I start the machine,
Parallels stars another process: the configuration.

Before this process' progress bar ends, the configuration stops and I got a message saying something (like)
I have to continue manually insert the cd (does't say which one, WinXP I guess) and some other instructions.

I can click "OK" here to continue manually, but that is the end. Anything can be done further.

The problem is that WinXP, before starting is asking for activation, BUT the mouse is frozen inside the virtual
machine and I can't continue with the process of activation.

I've tried to install the Parallels Tools, but nothing happens. The installation won't start. I (guess) because windows
    is not completely loaded.
So, I'm going around in circles.

Could somebody please give some advice on how to overcome this problem?

    Thank a lot in advance!

    Can't import either

Exactly the same problem for me too.
I have Parallels 5 and tried to import a Windows XPSP2 machine from Fusion 3.0
There's no way to use the mouse or the keyboard so the Windows activation can't be done.
Only way to get out is to stop the machine from Parallels menu but next time I launch Windows the process freezes again.
    Please help urgently.
