Coherence and Crystal View not available

    In my first time using Parallels, "Coherence" and "Crystal" modes were not available in the View menu. Does anyone have any advice on how to get that working?

    Have you installed Parallels tools?

    If not, when you have started your VM then click in the menu bar -> Virtual Machine -> Install Parallels Tools.

    This should enable Coherence and Crystal on your Windows VM

    I have this happen to me on occasion. Parallels tools is installed, but at times these views are not enabled. Rebooting windows gets them back.
