I was trying to find out why my guest vm was so large and viewed the contents of the .pvm package. There are three log files there, which when combined, are huge. They are: parallels.log.1 18.8 MB parallels.log.2 3.26 GB parallels.log.3 40.62 GB The .hdd file is only 64.9 GB. Why are these log files so large? It seems to be wasting a huge amount of space on my Mac hdd. Can I just delete them and have Parallels regenerate them? Thanks for any help.
I've deleted parallels.log files in the past, no harm happened. However, I advise you to use the 'Reclaim Space' option in the VM configuration instead, which will delete the log files also.
