I recently swapped machines and tried to install Parallels v9. I was told my key was no longer valid.
Does that mean I cannot buy an upgrade license to v10?

I'd like to upgrade (plus buy a second, full license for the other machine I tried moving from) but if my current key is claimed to be invalid, wouldn't that make an upgrade install fail when the original key was not said to be valid, thus prompting me to buy two full licenses instead of one full + one upgrade?

    Thanks!

If support personnel need a complete error message, please let me know and I will reply with it. I'll keep trying keywords in the knowledgebase to see if I can find the answer on my own. Any assistance would be genuinely appreciated.
