yesterday I encountered the following problem:<br />
I can&#039;t use my license of Parallels Desktop 17 Standard on my new Macbook, because it has reached the activation limit.<br />
The devices on which the software was installed on in the past were leased devices which were returned years ago.<br />
I no longer have access to the devices used in the past and would now like activate and use Parallels 17 on my newly bought Macbook.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Since about last week, the VM is using anywhere from 20-50GB of RAM but I literally only have Outlook open on the Windows side. I&#039;m not sure why it&#039;s taxing the system so heavily, but every time I try to open an email or attachment, it will spin for 5-10 seconds before it does anything. I&#039;m running an M2 Max with 96GB of RAM, so I can&#039;t imagine it would be a hardware issue. I upped the memory allocated to the VM to 6 processors and 48GB of RAM, and it&#039;s slightly better but not much. Any idea...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Occasionally, Parallels Desktop gets stuck in a loop where it keeps showing a &quot;macOS Detected - Click to install macOS&quot; notification over and over again. I can turn off notifications to stop it, but I can see in the notification center that the time is always &quot;now&quot; which means it&#039;s continuing to issue that notification.<br />

I tried to make a new VM with Windows 10 and 11, copy over my old VM which did work before, install a VM on my external drive, reinstalled Parallels and tried to revert to an old snapchat.
