Cannot access iMac from Parallels Access

    I am using Parallels for Mac 10.2 and Access 3.0.2 My MacBook Pro wakes and show up on my iPad and my iPhone. My iMac has the green light showing but does not appear as a choice on my iDevices. How to remedy this?

    Hello @LorettaM Please update Parallels Access on your iMac to fix the issue.
    To update your Parallels Access to the latest build, follow the steps given below:
    1) Sign out from your Parallels Access.
    2) Restart your Windows PC.
    3) Sign in to your Parallels Access and check if you are able to install the latest update.
    You can refer this article to fix the issue.

    As I wrote above, I am using a Mac computer but the link you sent was for Windows computers. I followed the instructions you sent. When I restart my computer and login into Parallels Access and check for updates the message I receive is that I have the latest version.
