I tried to access my win 10 computer from my iPad today and it was listed as Offline. When I arrived home, I saw the computer was up and running normally. Later, I launched the Access app on the computer and it came up with a yellow light and it said "Turning On" and stayed in that state. I later turned on my Mac laptop and launched the Access app and it was yellow and read turning on also. Somehow, I was able to wake that computer up from this web site with this computer. However this computer is in the perpetual "turning On" state. What can I do?
Go to Task scheduler >Task scheduler library>Microsoft>windows>UpdateOrchestrator>Reboot then double click and go to "conditions >power>" and uncheck awake the computer to run this task. See if this works.
Elizabeth Thank you for your answer. Actually, I thought that I might have to reinstall Parallels, but I just re-booted the computer, and everything worked.
